Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging AI techniques and implement industry innovations
- Maintain security protocols for sensitive prompt data
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and prompt frameworks
- Proven experience with GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing methodologies
