- Document prompt architectures and maintain knowledge repositories for team scalability
- Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities in AI conversational flows
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry best practices in prompt engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or AI system development
- Proven expertise in designing and testing prompts for GPT-3.5/4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex AI behavior patterns
