Responsibilities

- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation frameworks for enterprise-wide AI deployment
- Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business objectives into actionable prompt engineering solutions
- Develop and implement prompt injection detection and mitigation strategies
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and integrate cutting-edge prompt engineering techniques
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design best practices and ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Expertise with LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face models
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and transformer architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable prompts
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI development frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers)
- Demonstrated success in optimizing prompts for production-scale AI applications
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in prompt performance metrics and evaluation
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
