Responsibilities
- Architect and iterate prompt engineering frameworks for production LLM deployments
- Design A/B testing protocols for prompt optimization and performance benchmarking
- Develop robust mitigation strategies against prompt injection attacks and hallucinations
- Create documentation standards for prompt libraries and governance frameworks
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Lead workshops on prompt design best practices for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Proven track record of developing production-grade prompt libraries with measurable KPI improvements
- Expertise in prompt injection mitigation and hallucination reduction techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI practices
