- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize accuracy, creativity, and safety
- Document best practices and create reusable prompt libraries for enterprise clients
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into prompt engineering workflows
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Expertise in designing prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, PaLM) with proven results
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and token optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
