Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Conduct iterative testing and refinement of prompt strategies using A/B methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into actionable prompt frameworks
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and implement solution enhancements
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and contribute to innovation roadmap planning
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering techniques and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model development
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or other major LLM architectures
