Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement complex, multi-turn prompts and workflows for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Model Optimization: Continuously test, iterate, and fine-tune prompts to improve model performance, reduce hallucinations, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
- System Integration: Collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt engineering systems into broader AI application architectures.
- Best Practices: Establish and document internal prompt engineering standards, libraries, and templates to scale AI capabilities across the organization.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze user feedback and model outputs to identify areas for improvement and refine interaction strategies.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for internal teams on effective prompt design and AI interaction techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in prompt engineering, AI interaction design, or a related technical field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
- Tools: Proficient experience using AI tools, APIs, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of debugging and optimizing AI outputs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field is preferred.
