Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and fine-tuning protocols for diverse AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt systems with model architectures
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Analyze user interaction data to iteratively improve prompt effectiveness
- Lead prompt optimization workshops for cross-functional teams
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and prompt development frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
