Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate advanced prompt strategies for large language models (LLMs)

- Develop documentation frameworks for prompt libraries and best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to align AI capabilities with user requirements
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement cycles
- Train and mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python and API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
