As a key member of our AI Experience team, you'll collaborate with machine learning engineers and product designers to transform complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable prompt architectures. You'll pioneer prompt engineering best practices while working with cutting-edge LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompt performance
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and engineering standards
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt design
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and hallucination rates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business requirements into technical prompts
- Stay current with emerging AI research and prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven track record of shipping production AI applications
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and fine-tuning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure prompt performance metrics
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering libraries (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
