- Document best practices and create reusable prompt libraries for scalable deployments
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques
- Lead prompt optimization workshops for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Proven track record of developing production-ready AI conversation systems
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
