Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Optimize existing prompt libraries to improve accuracy, coherence, and safety in AI-generated responses.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into effective AI interactions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing of prompts to iteratively improve model performance and user satisfaction metrics.
- Stay ahead of rapid AI trends and contribute to the development of proprietary prompt engineering frameworks.
- Document prompt best practices and train junior team members on advanced prompting techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience working with AI, NLP, or LLMs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles and natural language processing concepts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
