Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt frameworks for enterprise-scale AI applications

- Create documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Lead brainstorming sessions for novel AI use cases and interaction patterns

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Expertise in GPT, LLaMA, or similar large language model architectures
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in ML frameworks
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical prompts
- Experience with A/B testing and quantitative analysis
