Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create complex, high-quality prompts to drive specific behaviors in Large Language Models (LLMs) and chatbots.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model outputs against predefined success metrics and human standards.
- Workflow Integration: Integrate prompt logic into existing software workflows and APIs to enhance user experiences.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously refine prompt strategies based on user feedback and performance analytics.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and prompt libraries to standardize best practices across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers and product managers to align AI capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or software development with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of how LLMs function, including concepts like tokenization, fine-tuning, and context windows.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug prompt outputs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
