- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation frameworks
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Develop evaluation metrics for prompt effectiveness and quality
- Lead workshops to cross-train teams on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging NLP techniques to enhance prompt performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proven track record of optimizing AI system performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
