Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompt architectures for production AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize LLM outputs for accuracy and safety
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise clients
- Lead prompt engineering workshops and train cross-functional teams
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and performance metrics
- Contribute to ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP with production LLM systems
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source model fine-tuning
- Strong Python/R programming and API integration skills
- Experience with GPU cluster optimization and MLOps pipelines
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Background in cognitive science or human-computer interaction
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI development preferred
