Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create complex, context-aware prompts that drive high-quality outputs from AI models like GPT-4, Claude, and Bard.
- Evaluation & Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and qualitative evaluations to measure the effectiveness of prompt strategies.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with data science teams to prepare datasets and refine model behaviors based on user feedback.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and style guides to ensure consistency in prompt engineering practices across the organization.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot AI responses to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and ensure safety.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP concepts, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Language: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and stylistic nuances.
