Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for scalable AI solutions
- Conduct A/B testing to quantify prompt effectiveness and iterate rapidly
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for engineering teams
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters
- Lead prompt security audits to prevent hallucinations and biases
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with OpenAI API, LangChain, and Hugging Face ecosystems
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Strong Python/R programming skills with data analysis experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompts
- Understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
