Responsibilities

- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Research emerging AI techniques and contribute to innovation roadmap

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or similar generative AI platforms
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Experience with MLOps tools and AI deployment frameworks
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
