Responsibilities

- Collaborate with data scientists to align prompts with model capabilities
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt engineering workflows
- Conduct performance analysis and implement continuous improvement cycles

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or natural language processing roles
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Proven track record of optimizing AI model outputs through prompt engineering
- Strong Python programming and data analysis skills
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) preferred
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
