Responsibilities
- Design and test advanced prompt architectures for LLMs and generative AI systems
- Develop prompt libraries and frameworks for enterprise clients across finance and healthcare
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt effectiveness and output quality
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create documentation standards for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead workshops on prompt design for cross-functional teams
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities and integrate new techniques into existing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or AI content strategy roles
- Proven expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or enterprise LLMs
- Strong background in NLP concepts and transformer architectures
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Experience with Python and API integration for AI systems
- Certification in AI/ML or related field preferred
