Responsibilities

- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for high-stakes domains like healthcare and finance
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize model performance and accuracy
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality
- Train internal teams on advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Monitor emerging AI tools and integrate cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI development
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and fine-tuning processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex model outputs
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative prompt engineering solutions
- Excellent written communication with ability to simplify technical concepts
