Responsibilities

- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Analyze model outputs to identify improvement opportunities and iterate on prompt designs
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model development
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like Hugging Face or LangChain
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
