Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of AI responses
- Create technical documentation for prompt frameworks and best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters
- Present prompt engineering solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in AI prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with OpenAI API, LangChain, and Hugging Face frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ complex prompt engineering projects
- Strong Python programming skills with data manipulation libraries
- Experience in regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Certification in AI/ML from recognized institutions (AWS/GCP/Azure)
