Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary LLMs
- Develop systematic prompt optimization frameworks using A/B testing and performance metrics
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into production AI pipelines
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify prompt vulnerabilities and edge cases
- Lead research initiatives on emerging prompt engineering techniques and tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI prompt systems
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong Python programming and data analysis skills
- Published research or significant contributions to prompt engineering communities
