- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt performance, accuracy, and ethical alignment
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and AI interaction protocols
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt optimization
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-impact prompt variations for specific use cases
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices and AI interaction principles
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenization, and attention mechanisms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
