Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Conduct systematic prompt engineering experiments using A/B testing methodologies
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation systems
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and alignment
- Lead prompt optimization initiatives for high-stakes enterprise applications
- Mentor junior engineers in prompt engineering best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and prompt optimization frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Advanced understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI prompt systems
- Experience with MLOps tools and experiment tracking platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven optimization mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
