Responsibilities
- Design and refine complex prompt architectures to maximize the performance and accuracy of LLMs in various domains.
- Develop and implement Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting strategies to improve reasoning capabilities.
- Analyze model outputs for hallucinations, biases, and logical inconsistencies to ensure high-fidelity results.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt-based workflows into production applications.
- Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge bases for prompt libraries to standardize usage across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, LLM research, and prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content strategy, or technical writing.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, or working with OpenAI/Claude APIs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including tokenization and embedding spaces.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable prompts.
