Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and outputs
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize accuracy and efficiency
- Create automated prompt evaluation frameworks using Python and NLP metrics
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging AI trends to innovate prompt techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Expertise in designing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful prompt-based AI projects
- Excellent written communication with ability to explain complex concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) preferred
