Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes
- Conduct rigorous prompt testing, iteration, and performance analysis using quantitative metrics
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and reusable templates for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into prompt solutions
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create technical guidelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience with production AI systems
