Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise-level LLM applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control protocols
- Analyze model outputs to refine prompt strategies and improve accuracy
- Research and implement emerging prompt engineering techniques
- Document prompt methodologies and create best practice guidelines
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Proven track record of improving model performance through prompt engineering
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and outcomes
