Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Develop framework for evaluating prompt effectiveness across diverse use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Create documentation libraries of prompt templates and best practices
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure prompt performance improvements
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompting techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused role
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or comparable enterprise LLM platforms
- Strong background in linguistics, cognitive science, or computational linguistics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, etc.)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
