Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Document and share prompt engineering best practices across cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Lead prompt security audits to prevent adversarial attacks and data leakage
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and integrate them into our prompt engineering ecosystem
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI development
- Expertise in Python and prompt frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM outputs for complex business use cases
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and prompt management platforms
- Ability to translate technical requirements into effective prompt strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related field
