Responsibilities
- Define and own the 2026 product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship AI platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-impact features on time.
- Conduct deep market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for the 2026 horizon.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analyze product performance metrics to iterate and improve user engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.
- Demonstrated experience leading a product team through a major roadmap transition or release cycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience managing budgets and resource allocation for product initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
