Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of operational workflows for the 2026 Games infrastructure.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical vendors, venue operations, and logistical support.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
- Implement risk management protocols to mitigate operational disruptions during the Games.
- Collaborate with government bodies and private sector partners to ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, operations, or large-scale event coordination.
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel as required for site visits and international coordination.
