Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, mobile, product) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for code quality and testing.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure system stability.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and non-blocking I/O.
- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and microservices architecture.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
