Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions for our 24/7 infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Maintain and optimize legacy codebases to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team via documentation, ticketing systems, and async communication.
- Participate in code reviews, technical architecture planning, and system documentation.
- Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to proactively prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Java, Python, or Go preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Linux environments, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working in a Night Shift or 24/7 operational environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to document technical processes clearly.
