Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java/Python in AWS cloud environment
- Lead incident response during night shift operations with real-time troubleshooting
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment of critical systems
- Collaborate with global teams via agile methodologies for sprint planning
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews and security audits for production systems
- Document technical specifications and create knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices and system architecture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong background in Java, Python, or Go with distributed systems
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- BS in Computer Science or related field
