Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices in Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS/GitLab
- Debug and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SAST)
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with async programming
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and databases
- CI/CD pipeline management experience (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Night shift flexibility and self-motivation
