Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud solutions
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for complex network outages
- Document network architectures, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure network protocols
- Provide Tier 3 support for network-related issues across diverse client environments
- Evaluate and recommend emerging networking technologies for scalability
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration with CCNP/CCIE certification
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks hardware/software
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
