Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco/Juniper enterprise network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain network security protocols (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages within SLA requirements
- Lead network migration projects for hybrid cloud environments
- Document network architectures and create technical runbooks
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with cloud teams on SD-WAN implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required (CCIE/JNCIE preferred)
- Expertise in routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs)
- Strong knowledge of network security frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
