Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Lead network security implementations including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control policies
- Document network configurations, create SOPs, and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network outages within SLAs
- Research and recommend emerging network technologies to enhance system efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network equipment
- CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent advanced network credentials
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Proven experience with SD-WAN solutions and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/Ansible) for network automation
- Ability to lead network migrations and disaster recovery projects
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
