Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure network architectures using Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues with SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Lead network security audits and vulnerability assessments for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize network infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document network configurations and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical incidents and major outages
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly training workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience with BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- CCNP or CCIE certification required, CCIE preferred
- Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco ASA/FTD
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN)
- Strong knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Ability to create network diagrams in Visio and manage IPAM systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
