Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Cisco/Juniper network architectures across 50+ sites
- Lead complex migrations from legacy systems to SD-WAN and cloud infrastructure
- Perform proactive network monitoring using SolarWinds and manage incident response SLAs
- Develop automation scripts (Python/Ansible) to streamline network operations
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement Zero Trust security protocols
- Mentor junior technicians and document SOPs for enterprise standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate enterprise service contracts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise network administration with CCNP/JNCIE certification
- Expertise in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs) and load balancing (F5, Citrix)
- Proven experience with AWS/Azure networking services and hybrid cloud models
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
- CISSP or Security+ certification preferred
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and protocol analysis
- Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
