Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network architectures including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba solutions
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection) to protect critical assets
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark to prevent outages
- Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues across hybrid cloud/on-premises environments
- Document network configurations and create disaster recovery plans with RTO/RPO metrics
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular network health audits
Qualifications
- Cisco CCNP/Juniper JNCIP certification with 5+ years of enterprise networking experience
- Expertise in routing/switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs) and wireless networking (802.11ax)
- Strong background in network automation (Python, Ansible) and SD-WAN implementation
- Proven track record in network security compliance (NIST, PCI-DSS)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks) and hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
