Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network topology, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to ensure seamless hybrid cloud connectivity
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages and incidents
- Lead network optimization projects to enhance bandwidth and reliability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and zero-trust architectures
- Familiarity with Python/Ansible for network automation
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
