Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex LAN/WAN infrastructures using Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies
- Lead network migrations and optimization projects for multi-site environments
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG with SLA-driven incident response
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly failover testing
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce zero-trust architecture
- Mentor junior technicians and document network procedures
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with enterprise network administration (CCNP/JNCIP required)
- Expertise in SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- CCIE or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Python/Ansible for network automation
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) hybrid environments
- Valid CompTIA Security+ certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
