Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and manage secure VPN connections and remote access solutions
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Document network topology, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead network upgrade projects and capacity planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure network security compliance
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages and incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience managing network budgets and vendor relationships
