Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network equipment
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Document network architecture and change processes
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
- Lead network upgrade projects from planning to execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions
- Strong Linux/Windows Server administration skills
- CCNA Security or equivalent security certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
