Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide 24/7 on-call support rotation
- Document network configurations, create SOPs, and maintain asset inventories
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture solutions
- Lead network upgrade projects and vendor management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent certification (CCIE strongly preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista networking hardware
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
